How long will it take for you to produce our order?

Cards and prints
The majority of cards and prints are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Prints that require a proofing stage can take up to 5 working days to dispatch.
All our celebration buntings are handmade to order so can take up to 5 working days to dispatch.
Wedding Stationery
Save the dates - please allow up to 4 weeks for proofing, printing, packing and delivery of house design saves the dates.
Wedding invitations - please allow up to 6 weeks for proofing, printing, packing and delivery of house design wedding invitations.
On the day stationery - please allow up to 4 weeks for proofing, printing, packing and delivery of house design on the day stationery.
All bespoke orders can vary dependant on your requirements but can usually be produced and delivered within 6-8 weeks.

When should we order our wedding stationery?

Accepted Answer

Save the dates can be sent as soon as your big day has been booked. Couples typically send these out a year before the wedding, but this can vary.
Wedding invitations should ideally be sent no later than 10 weeks before your wedding date to give sufficient time for guests to RSVP.

Can we order samples?

Yes, save the date samples can be purchased here and wedding invitation samples here.
Unfortunately, samples cannot be personalised but will provide a good representation of sizes and the quality of the stationery.

Is there a minimum order for wedding stationery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Minimum order quantities are stated in the product information.

How do we check our proofs?

Proofs will be emailed as a PDF. We ask that you check all information is correct prior to signing off. For more information, please read our terms here

Question 7

Can changes be made once proofs have been signed off?

If you find any incorrect information/mistakes after you have signed off your proofs, please get in touch as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if orders have been sent to print then no further changes can be made.

Question 8

Can I order extra invitations at a later date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can order extra at a later date but please be aware that small print runs can be extremely expensive so we advise adding a few extra invitations to your initial order.
