Disclaimer

You (the client buying our services) agree to the terms and conditions set out below for supply of Let Love Sparkle Design stationery and are responsible for the accuracy of all text on printed designs. We (Let Love Sparkle Design) will check through proofs; however, we cannot accept responsibility for the checking of spelling, punctuation, etc. We cannot be held responsible for errors and omissions that have gone unnoticed once you have approved the proofs.

Any mistakes that go to print once the final proof has been approved are not eligible for refunds. Any errors noticed after printing are not the responsibility of Let Love Sparkle Design and reprints will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly. Please check over everything carefully before approving the final proof.

Let Love Sparkle Design reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time you order.

Proofs

​

Proofs will be sent via email in a PDF format for your approval. Please check all spellings and grammar (guest names, venue names, addresses, etc.). We endeavour to check the text for spelling and grammar, but it is your responsibility to check. If you require any amendments to be made please get in touch as soon as possible. 

Once you are happy with the final proof, formal approval is requested via email.

Please also note that the colour that appears on your computer screen will differ slightly from printed colour copies. Where possible we advise you to print the proofs. This will also mean you can check positioning and sizing to scale. However, do be aware that printing quality and colours done at home will differ compared to professional printing. Where possible we will provide colour consistency between items but please note professional printers cannot guarantee 100% colour matches between products so please allow up to 5% colour variation between items.

For foiled items – please allow small imperfections in the foiling due to the hand nature of the product. 

Occasionally, certain materials used may become unavailable. However, we will do our best to select replacement products to reflect the original design as closely as possible.

Please note that all our artwork and designs are the copyright of Let Love Sparkle Design and should not be copied or reproduced in any form without our prior permission.

Let Love Sparkle Design is not responsible for gaining copyright permission for the use of hymns, poems, readings or other material used in your wedding stationery. This is solely the client’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

​

You have the right to cancel your order at any stage of the design process. In the event of cancellation, any monies paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. You will also be required to pay for any additional work which has been carried out prior to cancellation that has not already been paid for.
